Appspace, a CMS for enterprise communications, needed to transform its brand and Go-To-Market.

Originally just a digital signage software solution, Appspace was sold primarily in partnership with a digital signage hardware OEM using a standard on-premises licensing and installation model.

Over time the product evolved into a robust communications platform. At the same time, its primary OEM exited the digital signage hardware market.

Leading all marketing and creative services, I helped Appspace transition to a comprehensive Go-To-Market model that included cloud-based subscriptions and a more complete selling strategy that included self-service, all forms of sales partnership, and highly-targeted enterprise sales.

We needed to explain everything the platform really could do and its benefits for internal communications teams.

“Ready. Set. Share.” became our rallying cry, speaking to the platform’s expansive capabilities and exceptional ease of use.

Visual Identity

I created a new visual identity to reinforce the refined brand position, introducing an icon that customized the Internet-standard symbol for sharing content and information.

Web

We overhauled the corporate website to be a better vehicle for the new brand story and broader product information and enable converting traffic to self-service customers or leads.

Sales Channels Strategy

In collaboration with Sales and Product leaders, I developed a new structure and workflow for what we did with the awareness and demand generated from any sales channel.
